An unusual view of Portmeirion, Usually involves getting you feet wet.  The building in the foreground is the Watch Tower with White Horses cottage attached to it. This is an excellent place to get a good photograph of the village with the Bell Tower dominating the rest of the buildings. In the distance are the Moelwyn peaks.
